Return & Refund Policy
If Scabine products do not meet your expectations, initiating a refund or return is straightforward. Please reach out to us via email at service@scabine.com or through our online contact form.
Return Policy
All unopened Scabine products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. For full products, this means that the item must still be wrapped up in its packaging in the box to be eligible for return. Smaller items, Cover Sets, and Liner Sets must remain in the original clear plastic interior liner with the adhesive seal still intact (as applicable), and must be returned in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed minus a $15-$25 return charge ($15 for Liner/Cover Sets and $25 for larger items).
To initiate a return, please attach a picture of your unopened product, fill out the details requested in this form, and we’ll create a prepaid shipping label. Once our team processes your return, we'll issue a full refund, minus the return charge.
Please note that returns do not apply to the following: orders from Canada, Collaboration products, orders of three or more large items/smaller items/Cover Sets/Liner Sets, products that have been opened and used, Gift Card purchases, donations, digital downloads, and fabric swatches.
Product Guarantee
Our products were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Scabine products come with a limited two-year warranty. Smaller items and all Liner Sets come with a limited one-year warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product.

Subscription Cancellations
To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team via email. We will promptly process your cancellation upon receipt of your request. Ensure to email us before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Prior Approval for Returns
Do not send your return to us without first contacting and obtaining approval from our customer support team.
Refund Processing
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. It may take up to one week for your refund to be processed once approved.
Late Delivery and Partial Refunds
Anticipate delivery delays during high-volume periods. Items arriving significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, provided that notice of delay was given and cancellation options were offered.
Exclusions
We do not issue refunds for damages caused by external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather events, natural disasters, or other acts of nature.
Return Time
Your refund or replacement will be issued as soon as we receive your item/s. Refunds will be made within 48 hours of receipt of the item/s back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty only applies to eligible products purchased directly from scabine.com and will only be honored for the individual who made the purchase. Products purchased second-hand will not be covered by the limited warranty. Additionally, products left in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery are not covered.
